Ever hosted an event and wished you could collect all those amazing photos your guests took? Say goodbye to asking people to text you photos or hunting through social media for event pictures. QR Snapshots is here to revolutionize how you gather and share memories from your special occasions.

What is QR Snapshots?

QR Snapshots is a powerful photo-sharing platform designed specifically for event hosts who want to create beautiful, centralized galleries of guest photos and videos. Whether you’re planning a wedding, birthday party, corporate event, or family reunion, our platform makes it incredibly easy to collect every precious moment—no app downloads required.

How It Works: Simple, Seamless, Secure

1. Create Your Event Gallery

Set up a personalized gallery in minutes. Give it a name, customize the look with beautiful themes, and even add a music playlist to set the perfect mood when guests browse your photos.

2. Share Your QR Code

Generate a unique QR code for your event. Print it on table cards, display it on screens, or share the private link directly—whatever works best for your event.

3. Guests Upload Instantly

Guests simply scan the code, register with their name and email, and start uploading photos right from their phones—no app installation needed. It’s that simple!

4. Curate and Share

Review submitted photos through our intuitive moderation system, then share the complete gallery with all your guests. Everyone gets access to every magical moment.
